Every winter season, there's only one place you'll find Javan Dalman: his jump shop.

Dalman, the owner and founder of Dalman Jump Co., will be hard at work putting pencil to paper to map out his latest jump designs. The most unique "artist" of the show jumping circuit, Dalman has made a habit out of impacting the show jumping landscape with his 1.60m creations.

For the 2022 summer and fall show seasons, he's unveiling his largest group of courses yet.

"I love this time of year, when I see Dalman Jumps at different stops around the country," Dalman said. "It's always exciting to give a horse show a new look with some fresh jump designs."

Part of the growth has to do with Dalman Jump Co.'s explosive entry into the hunter market. Dalman Jump Co. enters 2022 as the Official Jump Builder of the Split Rock Jumping Tour for a fourth straight year. In 2021, the popular show circuit offered its first hunter classes at the Kentucky Horse Park, and this year, they doubled their offering, with four hunter-jumper shows on the calendar. The tour also recently received the bid for the 2026 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final in Fort Worth, TX.

"The Split Rock Jumping Tour has been a longtime partner," Dalman said. "They started out as a boutique jumper show, but they've expanded their tour, and we've grown with them. For their hunter-jumper shows, we build for all eight rings, including a hunter derby course."

Dalman Jump Co. has also recently expanded into Canada, building two hunter courses for Angelstone Events as well as a full grand prix course for Ottawa Equestrian Tournaments at Wesley Clover Parks.

At the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival in Traverse City, MI, a new show jumping course includes beautiful jumps from Dalman Jump Co.'s "Designer Series" line.

Built with aluminum frames, Designer Series standards are built to FEI specifications for competition while also being designed for home use. Durable yet light, the jumps are easily transported, adjusted and stored.

In California, the 50th anniversary of the Menlo Charity Horse Show will feature several custom sponsor jumps designed by and built by Dalman.

"A majority of the jumps that you see at a horse show are for sale, or we can create other versions of them" Dalman said. "The winter season comes up so quickly. We're taking orders now for course packages and rentals in Wellington, Ocala, California and more."
