Media are now invited to apply for accreditation for the 2026 Royal Horse Show, part of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, set for Nov. 6-15, 2026 at Exhibition Place in Toronto, ON, Canada.

The Royal Horse Show invites media onsite to experience elite international sport, breathtaking performances and the traditions that make the Royal Horse Show one of the most unique indoor events in the world. The Media Centre operates out of Salon 101B in the Galleria of the Enercare Centre, and a press conference will be held following the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Toronto Presented by Ecclestone Horse Transportation on Saturday, Nov. 14.

Craft PR will oversee daily operations in the Media Centre, with horse show coverage provided by Catie Staszak Media, Inc. CSM handles media accreditation for the Royal Horse Show only. Those wishing to cover events outside of the horse show must submit a separate accreditation application with Craft PR. All applications are due by November 6.

Freelance Photography Policy

The Royal Horse Show welcomes media on assignment for a recognized publication, outlet, news service or website, as well as a limited number of private and freelance photographers. Photographers and videographers who plan to give or sell photographs to individuals (excluding the media usage outlined above) must apply to the Royal Horse Show's Freelance Photography Program.

For 2026, The Royal is introducing a single Freelance Photographer Subscription, creating a clearer and more consistent program for all participating photographers, with one set of terms, access provisions and requirements.

Five freelance photography credentials are available. Please contact Katie Brown at kbrown1@royalfair.org with questions regarding the program and policy.
