Road to the Top is a charitable organization dedicated to building the American show jumping teams of the future by identifying, supporting, and training talented, motivated, young American professionals who aspire to the highest levels of the sport. Vanessa Hood has become a consistent and competitive five-star athlete following a decorated junior career. After taking a step back from horses to pursue a career in government and business in her 2020s, she returned to the sport full-time in her mid-30s and became the High Amateur National Champion in the US. She has gone on to build a successful career at the international level. Inspired by her strong family heritage, she began representing Israel in 2025.
